If you already have the assets you need, you can simply provide them to us and we’ll incorporate them seamlessly into your work.
However, if you don’t have the resources or time to search for these elements yourself, we’re happy to take that task off your hands. Our team can purchase the necessary stock images, commercial fonts, audio files, or video clips on your behalf from reputable sources.
Rest assured that once full payment of all issued invoices is received, ownership of the finished photography, audio, or video will be transferred to you. With Aimz IT, you can expect top-notch creative assets that truly elevate your brand’s presence.
Disclaimers and Warranties Clause
In this Agreement, it is important to note that nothing excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition that is implied or imposed by legislation and cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. However, subject to Aimz IT’s obligations under the non-excludable provisions and to the fullest extent permissible by law, Aimz IT explicitly disclaims all warranties and representations of any kind regarding the Services. This includes any express or implied warranties of merchantability, as well as any warranties arising out of the course of performance, course of dealing, or usage of trade. It is important to understand that Aimz IT does not make any guarantees about the quality, reliability, or suitability of the Services beyond what is required by law.
Limitations of Liability and Warranty
To the fullest extent permissible by law, Aimz IT makes it clear that they are not liable for any faults or defects in services or goods provided by third parties in connection with their agreement. In order to protect both parties involved, AimzIT has implemented a liability clause in their agreement. This clause states that to the fullest extent permissible by law, AimzIT’s liability in contract, tort (including negligence and breach of statutory duty) or any other legal grounds arising out of, or in connection with, this agreement will not exceed the amounts paid by the Client to Bambrick Media for the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AimzIT acknowledges its liability for a breach of a non-excludable condition and provides remedies accordingly. In the case of the provision of services,

Invoices are generated automatically for your convenience, and it is important to note that full payment must be made prior to the start of any work.

How long the agreement will last and Its Terminations
Upon execution by both parties, this agreement will take effect immediately and remain in effect until it is paused or terminated by either party. Both parties are expected to fulfill their obligations and responsibilities as outlined in the agreement for the duration of its validity.
