Please note that once a transaction is executed, refunds are not available unless otherwise agreed upon by the company. In the case of a mutually terminated project, the client retains ownership of all completed work. Any payment made for further development will not be refunded. The cancellation application must be made via email or regular mail, and should not exceed the specified date. The refund amount will take into account all fees, monthly fees (pro-rata), service costs, and processing fees.
